Shipping, Returns
& Exchanges

Shipping:

We're eager to send your stationery your way:

Dispatch: Your order ships within 2 working days (assuming items are in stock) to the physical address you have provided us at the point of purchase.

 

Delivery: Expect the arrival of your package within 2 to 8 working days, depending on your geographical location.

​

Shipping Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

Peak Times: During busy seasons or sales, we may have slight processing or shipping delays – we appreciate your patience!

 

Preorders: If your order has "preorder" items (as noted in product descriptions), we'll ship everything once they're in stock. Want split shipments? Just place two separate orders, each with its shipping costs.

 

Damages During Shipping: We take exceptional care to ensure your stationery arrives just as we packed it. While we're committed to careful packaging, we cannot be held responsible for what happens during transit. If you're dissatisfied with the condition of your stationery upon arrival, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

 

Courier Partner: We work with the reliable Courier Guy, and we'll keep you informed about your parcel's journey.

Returns:

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's what you need to know:

Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the item/items.

Product Condition: To be eligible for returns or exchanges, products must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or with attached tags.

Initiating Returns: Email us at info@simplywritten.co.za with your name, order number, product name, and the reason for the return. Please specify if you're requesting a replacement.

 

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) are the responsibility of the customer. We're here to assist you in arranging this through Courier Guy. Please note that Simply Written cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged during transit.
